No meat Friday's.

Since it's the Lenten season, this requires to not eat meat on Friday's. Today I decided to make salmon and brussels sprouts for dinner for the family. It was very delicious. I'll even share the ingredients.

Ingredients: salmon, olive oil, garlic (as much as you like), salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon, butter
Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Smash and chop the garlic before doing anything else. Rub olive oil on both sides of the salmon. Generously apply pepper, salt, and garlic powder on both sides. Apply lemon, butter, and garlic on one side of the salmon. Keep the salmon in the oven for 30 minutes.

Ingredients: brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic (as much as you like), salt, pepper, garlic powder
Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the brussels sprouts in half and cut off the stems on each of them and put them in a bowl. Smash and chop garlic. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Generously apply salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add garlic and mix around until fully blended. Place in the oven for 45 minutes.
