Beer Chemistry

Today I ran for the first time in two weeks and boy was I tired and sore! Afterwards, I went to my boyfriends to go to the Philadelphia Science Festival at Yards Brewing Company to learn about beer and food. It was actually a pretty cool event where we got to try different foods with different beers and saw which foods fit perfectly with the beer. I ended up getting a little tipsy because I'm a lightweight. After we were done at the beer chemistry event, we went to a bar to meet up with his sister and her friends. I then had to say bye to Gebran because he is leaving tomorrow to go back to Boston for summer classes.

Went to Go See My Family at the Zoo With My Boyfriend

Today I had a fun-filled day with the boyfriend. We went to the Philadelphia Zoo where we saw many cool, different animals. We had a great time spending time with each other and just acting like kids at the zoo. At least I acted like a kid.

Rainy day!

I don't usually have a cuddle buddy during rainy storms because my boyfriend and I are usually hundreds of miles away from each other, but this thunderstorm we were able to be together. We got to cuddle all day and just be together. We didn't do much, but it was just good to be in the company of each other.

First week.

First week of Weight Watchers is over and I lost 4.6 pounds. I am extremely proud of myself for sticking through it the whole week. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I was actually excited to start this new chapter in my life. I can't wait to lose more pounds!

Boyfriend time!

I finally got to see my boyfriend after three weeks. Oh how much I missed him! I started my day off at work and left as early as I could to meet Gebran for dinner at the Victor. Afterwards, we went to DSW in Cherry Hill to see if they had my size in the Sperry's that I wanted. They ended up not, but I got to order it and get sent to my house. Afterwards, we drove back to my house where we watched Once Upon a Time and cuddled. It was a good night with my love.
